Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory in 2 business days.
Weekend orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Wednesday.
We currently don't ship outside the USA.
Cancelling a Purchase
- We have the right to cancel any order we have determined to be fraud. Immediate refund will be issued to any order determined to be fraud.
- You can submit your order to be cancelled with in 24 hours to try to stop the item from shipping out.
- If item has already been shipped out. It much be processed as a return.
Returning a Purchase
- Please go to the returns page and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at (877) 530-COED. We will give you an "RA Number," a return address, and other relevant information. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.
- 365 RETURN POLICY
- Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Return the product using your preferred shipping method directly to the distribution center address we provide. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
- It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.
- Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request.
- Item that are not accepted as a return are sex furniture, customizable, used and items on sale.
- You may return it within 365 days of receipt of delivery. Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping cost will be minus from store credit.
